Please let us know in which region or on which route you lost your item. Give us a brief description of the lost item, and we will look to see whether anything matching the description has been found.
If your missing item has been found in one of our buses operated by Friedrich Müller Omnibus, Regiobus Stuttgart, Regionalverkehr Alb-Bodensee, Rhein-Neckar-Bus, Südbadenbus or Südwestbus, we will contact you. You can then collect the item directly from one of our customer centres or service points. We usually keep the lost property for at least four weeks.
